Stop Waiting For Godot

Submission for Terry Canvanagh's Stop Waiting For Godot Jam

A prototype for a Zelda II style Wind Waker game.

Having never used Godot before and being pretty new to game dev, this prototype reflects about 8 hours or so of drawing pixels and stitching physics objects together, including doing the 'Dodge the Creeps' tutorial.

I would have liked to get to a point where the player could leave the side-scrolling 'Outset Island' to embark on a top-down sea voyage.

Controls

Left/A, Right/D | Walk
Space           | Jump
Shift           | Run

Sadly, though Link can pick up the sword, he has no clue how to use it.
